Interior Technology Services, Inc. has been aboard many of the world's most elegant yachts as well as cruise ships. We are well aquainted with the special requirements of these vessels. Interior Technology Services was started in 1985 by Richard Perkins after spending seven years on super luxury yachts as a Chief Steward.
With his background in yachting and having supervised the interior part of the construction on a new build at Feadship in the Netherlands, Richard truly started to understand the need for someone to specialize in the maintenance of the elaborate interiors of these yachts. Richard further took extensive training in yacht carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, fabric protection, and flood and fire restoration through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration (ASCR) the company has the ability to fill almost any need that can arise in maintaining a yacht, boat or marine vessel.
I have used the professional services of Interior Technology for many years for the upkeep and maintenance of the yacht interior. Richard and his team always provide us with excellent service they are reliable and take great care to protect areas they are working in which is very important when dealing with the costly interiors onboard mega yachts.
